EveryCent
EveryCent logs an expense the exact moment it happens, with as little friction as possible: a large keypad, the payment system, the card, an optional note. Five taps, four when reusing a recent combination, two for the ones you repeat unchanged. It works offline too, syncing as soon as the network is back.
Who it is for
Anyone who wants to know where their money goes without opening a spreadsheet at the till, and anyone who has lost count of how many subscriptions they pay every month.
Main features
- Logging an expense in a few taps, including from the Action button, Control Centre or a double tap on the back of the iPhone, without looking for the app.
- [NEW] ➟ Account transactions: the expenses that leave the account without going through a card, that is bills paid by direct debit, a mortgage, a loan instalment, the credit card charge, a transfer. You turn it on for a single system and from then on Account appears where you pick the card. On an account with no cards at all, that step disappears entirely. It works for subscriptions too, which is the real case: a bill paid by direct debit is an expense that comes back.
- Quick expenses: the ones you repeat unchanged, coffee at the bar or a motorway toll, each with its own system and card. You log them by pressing and holding the icon on the Home Screen: with the amount already set it takes two taps, without one the keypad opens ready to go and all that is left is the figure. The same menu also reopens the last expense you logged, to check straight away whether the amount was right.
- Subscriptions and recurring payments on a single screen, with their real monthly weight and a warning when the price changes.
- Reminders for due dates, delivered by the phone itself, even with the app closed.
- History with search, filters and reports by week, month, year or a chosen range.
- Export of the history to a file any spreadsheet can open.
- iCloud sync: data stays on the device and is mirrored in the user's own private container.
- App lock with Face ID or Touch ID.
- Fifteen colour palettes and three visual identities, freely combinable.
